Legal Enforcement Clause:
All violations are subject to UCC Article 9 lien enforcement, commercial debt collection, international court filings, tribal court action, and seizure of assets. Fees may be applied per violation, per individual, or per instrument, depending on the nature of the offense.
Failure to respond to lawful notices, demands, or enforcement actions constitutes tacit agreement and admission of liability.
