Pursuant to UCC-1 Filings, Tribal Sovereign Law, International Law, and Public Notices
This Fee Schedule is publicly issued under the authority of the Global Enforcement and Intelligence Bureau (GEIB), a sovereign faith-based 508(c)(1)(A) trust operating under the Sharakhi Indigenous Tribal Nation. All fees are legally enforceable through lien, asset seizure, and prosecution under UCC Article 9, tribal law, and global enforcement standards.

Legal Enforcement Clause:
All violations are subject to UCC Article 9 lien enforcement, commercial debt collection, international court filings, tribal court action, and seizure of assets. Fees may be applied per violation, per individual, or per instrument, depending on the nature of the offense.
Failure to respond to lawful notices, demands, or enforcement actions constitutes tacit agreement and admission of liability.
