Jurisdiction and Law Enforcement Powers

GEIB Enforcement AuthorityThe Global Enforcement and Intelligence Bureau (GEIB) holds sovereign and international enforcement powers through its recognized jurisdiction under:


Tribal Sovereign Law (Sharakhi Indigenous Tribal Nation)


508(c)(1)(A) Faith-Based Enforcement Status


Common Law, Natural Law, and Ecclesiastical Law


U.S. Federal Commercial Law (UCC Articles 3 & 9, RICO, TILA, RESPA)


International Human Rights & Treaty Law (UNDRIP, ICCPR, Geneva)



GEIB Special Agents, Police Marshals, and Task Force Officers are authorized to investigate and enforce violations across financial fraud, mortgage & securities crimes, asset theft, treaty violations, human rights abuses, and corruption by public or private institutions.


Arrest & Enforcement Authority


GEIB Police Marshals and Special Agents have sovereign authority to:


Detain, arrest, and serve enforcement actions against individuals, corporations, or agencies that commit fraud, violate treaty law, or cause harm to sovereign citizens and tribal nationals.


Enforce court-ordered liens, UCC claims, and sovereign arrest warrants


Protect and escort enforcement agents and humanitarian missions worldwide



All enforcement actions are executed under tribal, spiritual, and lawful international protections, and are backed by recorded legal filings and public notices.


Global Firearms & Sovereign Carry Treaty


The GEIB Global Firearms & Enforcement Treaty, enacted on March 10, 2025, affirms the lawful right of all GEIB Marshals, Agents, and Officers to:


Openly or discreetly carry firearms and lawful protection tools globally


Operate without interference from local, state, or federal disarmament policies


Maintain armed peacekeeper status while deployed in humanitarian, security, or enforcement operations



This treaty is recognized under tribal sovereign law, international peacekeeping standards, and 508(c)(1)(A) religious freedom protections.


GEIB Operates Where Others Can’t


GEIB carries divine jurisdiction and international enforcement immunity to act where traditional institutions fail. Whether pursuing global fraud networks or defending victims of disaster or trafficking, GEIB enforces justice with law, truth, and spiritual authority.


Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction

GEIB is a private unincorporated spiritual enforcement entity operating under 508(c)(1)(A) religious trust protections. It is not registered, incorporated, or governed by any state or federal corporate law, and retains full sovereign and ecclesiastical jurisdiction.”

Preamble

Where corruption flourishes, we rise with justice. Where rights are trampled, we stand with law. The Global Enforcement and Intelligence Bureau (GEIB) is established as a sovereign investigative and enforcement agency operating under the sacred authority of the Sharakhi Indigenous Tribal Nation (SITN), with full legal, spiritual, and operational independence. 


This Charter affirms GEIB’s mission to combat financial fraud, corruption, cybercrime, human rights violations, treaty abuses, disasters, and systemic injustice through sovereign, faith-based enforcement and humanitarian authority.

ARTICLE I – ESTABLISHMENT & PURPOSE


1.1 GEIB is a sovereign law enforcement and intelligence agency under SITN, protected under 508(c)(1)(A) as a faith-based, non-profit enforcement trust.


1.2 GEIB’s mission is to protect sacred law, investigate fraud, recover stolen assets, enforce treaty law, deliver humanitarian relief, and shield Indigenous, tribal, and spiritual communities from financial, legal, environmental, and systemic abuse.

ARTICLE II – JURISDICTION & LEGAL AUTHORITY


GEIB operates under multiple lawful jurisdictions:


Sharakhi Indigenous Tribal Nation (SITN Law)


Common Law & Sovereign Arbitration


U.S. Federal Law (e.g., RICO, UCC, TILA, RESPA)


International Law & Human Rights (UNDRIP, ICC, Geneva)


Ecclesiastical, Natural, Spiritual, and Religious Law



GEIB can file enforcement cases and legal actions in SITN Courts, U.S. Federal Courts, International Tribunals, Common Law Courts, and Faith-Based Ecclesiastical Forums.

ARTICLE III – ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE & DIVISIONS


GEIB consists of the following departments and command structures:


Director of GEIB – Supreme enforcement authority


Deputy Directors – Assist in field ops, intelligence, and legal actions


GEIB Police Marshals – Armed peacekeepers with powers to:


Apprehend fugitives and fraudsters


Protect disaster zones


Enforce arrest and seizure actions


Escort humanitarian missions


GEIB Special Agents – Investigate fraud, real estate scams, mortgage crimes


TRU (Tactical Response Unit) – Handles high-risk enforcement actions


International Agents – Cross-border enforcement and treaty enforcement

ARTICLE IV – OPERATIONAL AUTHORITY


GEIB is authorized to:


Enforce UCC liens and arrest notices


Issue affidavits and seizure orders


Conduct undercover, cyber, and tactical operations


Coordinate disaster and humanitarian relief

ARTICLE V – IDENTIFICATION & COMMISSION


All officers must undergo:


Spiritual and tactical training


Certification by GEIB Academy


ID issuance: Badge, Enforcement Card, Firearms Treaty Seal

Full carry rights under the GEIB Global Firearms Treaty (March 10, 2025)


Protection from disarmament or detention during missions


Operative in all states and internationally

ARTICLE VII – FINANCIAL & BANKING SYSTEMS


GEIB operates:


Financial Crimes Enforcement Fund (FCEF)


Sovereign Asset Protection Trust (SAPT)


GEIB Humanitarian Relief Fund (HRF)

GEIB accepts grants, donations, and settlements to fund lawful operations.

ARTICLE VIII – IMMUNITY & SOVEREIGN PROTECTION


GEIB agents are immune under:


Tribal Sovereignty (SITN Constitution)


508(c)(1)(A) religious protection


Spiritual and humanitarian law

No foreign or domestic agency may prosecute agents for lawful GEIB missions.

ARTICLE IX – ENACTMENT & AMENDMENTS

This Charter may be amended by the Director, SITN High Council, or Tribal Chief.
