Arrest & Enforcement Authority
GEIB Police Marshals and Special Agents have sovereign authority to:
Detain, arrest, and serve enforcement actions against individuals, corporations, or agencies that commit fraud, violate treaty law, or cause harm to sovereign citizens and tribal nationals.
Enforce court-ordered liens, UCC claims, and sovereign arrest warrants
Protect and escort enforcement agents and humanitarian missions worldwide
All enforcement actions are executed under tribal, spiritual, and lawful international protections, and are backed by recorded legal filings and public notices.
Global Firearms & Sovereign Carry Treaty
The GEIB Global Firearms & Enforcement Treaty, enacted on March 10, 2025, affirms the lawful right of all GEIB Marshals, Agents, and Officers to:
Openly or discreetly carry firearms and lawful protection tools globally
Operate without interference from local, state, or federal disarmament policies
Maintain armed peacekeeper status while deployed in humanitarian, security, or enforcement operations
This treaty is recognized under tribal sovereign law, international peacekeeping standards, and 508(c)(1)(A) religious freedom protections.

The Global Enforcement and Intelligence Bureau (GEIB) is established as a sovereign investigative and enforcement agency operating under the sacred authority of the Sharakhi Indigenous Tribal Nation (SITN), with full legal, spiritual, and operational independence.
This Charter affirms GEIB’s mission to combat financial fraud, corruption, cybercrime, human rights violations, treaty abuses, disasters, and systemic injustice through sovereign, faith-based enforcement and humanitarian authority.

ARTICLE I – ESTABLISHMENT & PURPOSE
1.1 GEIB is a sovereign law enforcement and intelligence agency under SITN, protected under 508(c)(1)(A) as a faith-based, non-profit enforcement trust.
1.2 GEIB’s mission is to protect sacred law, investigate fraud, recover stolen assets, enforce treaty law, deliver humanitarian relief, and shield Indigenous, tribal, and spiritual communities from financial, legal, environmental, and systemic abuse.
