GEIB INTERNATIONAL POLICE DIVISION INC
SECTION 1 — GEIB International Police Division Inc
(Illinois Incorporated – Recognition Only)
GEIB International Police Division Inc is officially incorporated in the State of Illinois for recognition and public record visibility. This incorporation does not place GEIB IPD under state licensing, regulatory authority, or state police statutes. Instead, the Illinois corporation exists solely to ensure that external agencies, government bodies, corporations, and institutions must acknowledge, respond to, and interact with GEIB IPD when contacted during investigations, audits, or misconduct reviews.
GEIB IPD is a sovereign, private law enforcement and investigative division of the Sharakhi Indigenous Tribal Nation (SITN) and the Global Enforcement & Intelligence Bureau (GEIB). The corporation provides legitimacy to external parties while GEIB IPD operates internally under tribal authority, private law, 508(c)(1)(A) religious protection, international law, commercial law, and UCC jurisdiction.
Because GEIB IPD does not engage in “for hire” services, does not provide services to the general public for profit, and performs investigations strictly under sovereign authority, internal mandates, and private law, it is exempt from state private investigator licensing and exempt from state police regulatory schemes. GEIB IPD does not function as a state police department and does not claim state police authority.
All GEIB IPD operations are internal, allowing the Division to conduct:
Secret audits
Private investigations
Anti-corruption operations
Misconduct reviews
Financial crime analysis
Human rights and civil rights investigations
GEIB IPD is not for hire and conducts operations exclusively under sovereign mandate and tribal jurisdiction. Patrol authority applies only to:
SITN-owned lands
Properties held in trust
Private properties legally controlled by SITN
GEIB facilities
Tribal and sovereign operational zones
External entities cannot evade or refuse communication with GEIB IPD. Because GEIB IPD is a recognized Illinois corporation and a sovereign enforcement unit, all agencies—state, federal, corporate, and local—are obligated to interact, respond, and comply with lawful evidence requests, notices, or investigations submitted by GEIB IPD.
