GEIB HRDRD is a sovereign 508(c)(1)(A) disaster relief division under SITN. This unit delivers food, shelter, medical kits, and protection to disaster zones—domestically and globally.

HRDRD DEPLOYMENT PROTOCOLS

Activation Triggers:

Natural disasters (fire, flood, storm, earthquake)

Man-made crises (riots, outages, sabotage)

Requests from FEMA, Tribal Nations, Red Cross

Chain of Command:

HRDRD Chief → GEIB Director

Marshals provide security

Volunteers report to field captains

Coordinators handle logistics
