I, Townser Curtiss Bracey IV, in my official capacity as Founding Trustee, Chief Enforcement Officer, and Ecclesiastical Chief Police Marshal of the Global Enforcement & Intelligence Bureau (GEIB), do hereby affirm and declare the following:


1. Lawful Ecclesiastical Establishment


The Global Enforcement & Intelligence Bureau (GEIB) was lawfully and spiritually established as a sovereign ecclesiastical enforcement trust on March 5, 2025, operating under 26 USC § 508(c)(1)(A) as a faith-based, unincorporated law enforcement and investigative entity, possessing lawful autonomy and global jurisdiction.

GEIB is empowered to investigate, expose, and take lawful action against:

War Crimes and Crimes Against Humanity


Violations of Natural, Spiritual, and Sovereign Rights



GEIB retains full authority to:


Issue public declarations, sovereign liens, cease-and-desist orders, and spiritual enforcement notices


Engage in cross-jurisdictional enforcement without the requirement of state or federal incorporation


Represent a divinely consecrated spiritual mission for justice, truth, and the restoration of divine order.


3. Affirmation of Service and Global Notice


The GEIB Charter, Affirmation of Trust, Bylaws, Firearms & Enforcement Treaty, Sovereign Banking Resolution, and all supporting enforcement declarations have been officially served, mailed, or submitted to the following national and global entities:

4. Final Affirmation


All materials were served with lawful intent and spiritual authority. GEIB affirms its right to:

Enforce liens, penalties, and remedies


Establish global partnerships under sovereign spiritual law and lawful ecclesiastical recognition.
