LEGAL STATUS OF GEIB (PARENT ENTITY)
The Global Enforcement & Intelligence Bureau (GEIB) is a sovereign, unincorporated, faith-based, ecclesiastical law enforcement trust. It operates under the authority of:
508(c)(1)(A) religious organization status
Tribal law and customary law
Common law and international law
Ecclesiastical jurisdiction and spiritual governance
GEIB is not incorporated under any U.S. state or commercial corporate charter. It is not governed by federal or state licensing schemes, and no jurisdiction is granted or implied to any outside agency, government, or commercial regulator.
GEIB exists as a divinely authorized sovereign enforcement body empowered to uphold justice, investigate financial and human rights violations, and protect Indigenous, religious, and civilian populations globally.
---
GEIB SUBDIVISIONS: COMMERCIAL & NONPROFIT OPERATIONS
While the parent GEIB remains sovereign, certain GEIB subdivisions are established as:
Nonprofit corporations
Ecclesiastical trusts
Federally compliant commercial enforcement entities
These subdivisions are registered within U.S. states or international jurisdictions for the purpose of conducting lawful operations, enforcing municipal, county, state, federal, and international law, and engaging with commercial systems when required.
---
CHAIN OF COMMAND & ENFORCEMENT OVERSIGHT
All GEIB subdivisions — including incorporated nonprofits and corporate enforcement divisions — are fully subordinate to the parent Global Enforcement & Intelligence Bureau (GEIB) and to the Sharakhi Indigenous Tribal Nation (SITN), under which GEIB receives spiritual and tribal authorization.
The parent GEIB retains absolute authority to:
Enter any GEIB subdivision or affiliate for the purpose of oversight, operational support, and enforcement.
Conduct internal affairs investigations without the need for approval, licensing, or authorization from state or federal agencies.
Deploy GEIB Police Marshals, Special Agents, and Intelligence Officers into any GEIB-registered entity for enforcement, asset recovery, or fraud investigation.
---
NOTICE OF SOVEREIGN ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY
By engaging with GEIB or any of its subdivisions, you acknowledge the following:
The parent GEIB is not subject to federal or state jurisdiction unless expressly waived by treaty, contract, or agreement.
All GEIB subdivisions operate in lawful harmony with commercial and regulatory frameworks, while remaining under sovereign oversight.
GEIB’s divine authority supersedes state corporate control where such oversight conflicts with spiritual, tribal, or ecclesiastical law.
---
PUBLIC INTEREST & GLOBAL PROTECTION
GEIB operates under lawful authority to:
Investigate and enforce violations of spiritual law, contract law, commercial fraud, and international human rights.
Protect the American people, Indigenous nations, and global citizens from corruption, exploitation, and unlawful financial practices.
Hold the badge, the bar, and the bench accountable to justice, truth, and divine honor.
This is not just law enforcement — this is divine intervention on behalf of the oppressed.
